Replace roof between garage and house

Looking for a company to undertake a replacement of an internal gutter between the garage and house. Currently coloursteel, it isn't water proof. I suspect there's water damage to the chipboard liner underneath which will also need to be replaced. I would like someone that can take care of it all. It's possible that more things will appear as the project continues, so I'm looking for someone who can identify and repair anything as the project goes. I'm realistic about the probability that this won't be a fixed-price engagement. I suspect there's also some leaks around one or more skylights which need to be resealed, or if it makes more sense to remove the skylights and cover them over, I'm happy to consider this too. Project is based in Whitby.
