Add downpipe to existing gutter through to nearby downpipe

Roof gutter slopes downwards and the existing downpipe is at the wrong end of the gutter. Meaning that the gutter fills up down one end and overflows onto the ground. There is a nearby downpipe for another gutter that could be used to take the water away if they were connected. This job would be to connect them both (or another idea) to take the water away. See pic attached. Water overflows where yellow bag is shown. Pipe could be used from the other gutter.
