Replace our roof
Job description
The roof on our house is over 40 years old and the time has come to replace it. It is a trough profile roof with minimal pitch. We want it replaced with either colour steel or other metal product with a similar profile. The roof is in two sections, one for the main house which is 11.8x9.2m, and one for the rumpus room which is 8.5x5.0m (approx). The rumpus room roof connects with the garage roof at one point (see photo). The house is on a two-level section with driveway access to the top storey of the house on one side and two stories on the other 3 sides with a top storey deck on 2 of those sides. There is a chimney, two toilet vents and an evacuated-tube hot water heating panel on the roof.

Kupa and his team did a really good job. The roof was complex and presented some challenges and the solutions he used have worked well. Kupa was highly responsive and acted quickly on requests. The only reason for rating communication at 4 was that I would have appreciated even more regular progress reports for example at the end of each day's work and whenever there was a delay caused by the weather. My comment would be that it is not possible to communicate too much. Thank you Kupa and team
