Looking for repairs/ replacement of old flashing and nails on the roof. There are also some small sections of the roof near the back guttering which have rusted and would like to get repaired. Roof is A-frame, corrugated iron, 30 years old. House is 2 stories, has a 45 sq m footprint. Access is up a hill with a narrow deck, will require an excellent ladder or scaffolding (we have a tower for personal use).
