Maintenance and weathertightness

We've sprung a leak which has caused some bubbling and swelling in the gib in the upstairs bedroom of our house (on the weather facing end of the house). We think this is likely from faulty flashing or nails on the roof, so need someone to come and investigate and repair. There are also some small sections near the back guttering which have rusted and would like to get repaired. Roof is A-frame, corrugated iron, 30 years old. House is 2 stories, has a 45 sq m footprint but access is tricky, up a hill with a deck. Will require an excellent ladder or scaffolding (we have a tower for personal use) and/or a harness.
