Fix leak in roof

Hi there I have a leak in my roof. Only occurs under heavy rain. Had it looked at about a year ago and builder found flashing was bent under roofing and bent it back. It is now leaking again. After a permanent fix. I have made a hole in internal sealing to allow water to not pool. After a roof leak repairman not someone to just bog it with silicon ;)
