Job description
The roof on our house is over 35 years old. It is corrugated iron that was painted, not very well, about 12 years ago. It is looking the worst for wear. I envisage the roof needs to be replaced. At that time the chimney for the now non existent gas fire needs to be closed under the roof. Also the guttering should be replaced as on one side it is useless and leaks. The two down pipes are at the front on either side of the house. The photos try to show the pitch of the roof and down pipes. We would like to include an emergency water cylinder but are not sure about the practicality of that. I have posted another job to repaint the exterior. It would be good if the jobs can be coordinated to save on scaffolding costs.
