Roof repairs
Job description
we have a minor leak in the roof of one of our units that needs fixing. We inspected the roof from underneath, and its seems as well that the battens that hold the roof tiles up are short on one side, and are not resting on the joist/exterior wall of the unit. Some of the battens are hanging down. The battens issue is unlikely to be related to the leak, but bot need attention. Pictures of battens attached.
