bedford External gutter with new roof
Job description
Current old 1960s built 5 bedroom house 18m x 7.5m has corrugated iron flat roof with internal guttering- 10 degrees pitch - leaking roof and back flowing rusting gutter. Want to build new roof structure with external gutter without removing current roof structure. Open to remove "false" wall at lower end and shift gutter to external too or raise structure to make external gutter. New roof if gutter can be externalised. Pine needles next door makes this guttering and acid from needles causes clogging, rusting issues .60 bedford street, porirua east is the location.

Weather delayed start of work but eventually finished.Did some extra work at no extra charge as a bonus . Repaired work when small accident happened in ceiling by worker. Overall work well done and will contract again if another opportunity arise.
