Gutter and spouting repair, Papakura.

I have a property that needs some work on the gutters and spouting. The gutters (mostly steel) are leaking in several places and I suspect they have rusted through. There is a section of PVC (relatively new) that is also leaking and it looks like it has not been sealed properly at the end. The gutter also slopes in the wrong direction (or not enough in the right direction) so water is always dripping out of this end (the high end), right above the front door. Then there is a section of PVC downpipe that has been broken just above ground level (where it enters a concrete drain). I hope it can be patched rather than replacing the entire downpipe. I would like a quote for replacing all rusted steel guttering with PVC and correcting the leak and slope in the existing PVC guttering as well as repairing the broken downpipe. All remaining guttering (if any) to be cleaned out please and if salvageable, rust spots to be treated. The house is a single storey, but it does get quite high (guess about 1.5 storeys) in one corner. For the rest it is easy access, and the gutters are long straight runs against barge board (no concealed guttering) or weird shapes. I also need guttering and roof work at 2 other properties which we can discuss after first contact.
