Roof Repair Assessment

We have had a minor roof leak during heavy rain and are looking for an assessment and quote for fixing please alongside any medium/ long-term recommendations. The roof is metal, there's rust on the fixings and possibly some damage to the roof cap - unable to see properly from the ground hence wanting a professional to advise. The leak occurs in a single spot in the main bedroom only during heavy rain, the tenant is able to show the spot. Internal roof access possible (ladder required). Property is tenanted therefore appointments required for viewing.
