Rafter replacement/repair and velux replacement

The flashing on a bottom corner of a velux window had been leaking and has rotted a rafter and a section of the purlin above . The velux frame also has damage so probably has to go. We would like the rafter / purlins replaced and a new skylight/ window installed. It doesn’t have to a velux. Anything that opens would be okay. The window is in an attic room you can stand up in and the window is at about waist height.
