Repair roof leak

Small floor damage inside adjacent to an old disused chimney suggests rain water running down inside the internal wall (chimney enclosed and not visible). Need someone to get onto a single storey concrete tile roof to check flashing or capping around old chimney, or for a cracked or broken tile. Hopefully might just need silicone sealant or similar. Property is an old style house used for commercial purposes. Would like it done asap. Immediate payment on completion.
