We have three identified leaks in the Colorsteel roof of our late-80's house that need to be repaired - and an approximately 6 x 5m section of deteriorated roofing that needs to be replaced (where a solar panel/hot water heater was previously located). All three leak areas appear to be related to poor installation (lack of overlap) and someone has tried to repair with silicone sealant. It is a two-storey house and we anticipate some scaffolding may be required for safe access - we understand this will add to the cost.

Auckland Drainage Plumbing Services completed renovation work on our long-run steel roof, including identifying and remedying the cause of several leaks, replacing flashings and re-painting. We were very happy with the quality of Sanjesh's workmanship and advice. The weather was disruptive and he was great at keeping us updated and doing his best to work around it. We were invoiced as per the quote. We would recommend Sanjesh.
