Corrugated iron roof--General maintenance

Hi there. I need general work to be done on my roof. The following is suggested but a thorough inspection is recommended before starting work. So please call me to arrange an appointment. Replace all loose/missing nails. Treat all rust. Repair damaged sheets with anti-corrosive membrane & bandage. Apply moss & mould treatment to whole roof. Check any opening that may cause birds to nest. The above list is just a recommendation, but I would want your team to visit the site to inspect. Also a certified roofer is needed who will do work as per NZS and a certificate will be needed for work done.
