Roof replacement entryway, small

The outdoor entry in my rental needs the tin roof replaced. It is old and rusted through. The ceiling is particle board and needs removing completely. A corregated iron roof with no ceiling would be fine.The entryway is separate to the main dwelling and can be replaced without worrying about the main roofing. Pictures show the damage to the ceiling but not the exterior roofing. The switchboard is located in the framing of this entranceway but has been updated and is watertight.
