Re a sunroom built on to a 1950's state house: I have had a leak for many months dripping in from the top of the window frame. It affects about 50% of the length of the the frame - approx a bit over a metre. I have to put buckets and towels down whenever it rains on the bottom window ledge and floor to catch all the water. The original tradesman came around and did a repair which maybe only improved it 10-20%. Despite numerous contacts he has never returned, this was about 4 months ago. I have rung a further 3 roof repairers, all of which have said they are too fully booked for the next 2-3 months to take the job on . I am getting a lot of wall and frame damage/rot now so am pretty keen to get someone to fix the problem asap. The photos are of the inside frame where most of the water is coming in, a general outside shot of the sunroom and a few of the roof itself as best I could.
