Tile Roof Repair

I have a clay terracotta tile roof (circa 1947) with cracking mortar around the roof trimming. The tiles need repointing - a few may need replacement. The roof also needs a general clean/scrub to remove mould. There is also a chimney that needs removed. The roof is fairly steep. I am not aware of any water ingress issues.
