Purlin Problems

Old lead head nails starting to deteriorate and let water in = rotten purlins which need to be replaced. Plus probably a few other little repairs - flashings, sealant etc. Looking for quotes with the work to be done Nov/Dec ideally, or in the new year. I've said it's a large job as it's a bit more than building a fence, but it's not really up to renovate a kitchen scale.
