Install a release drain or?

Over the last couple of months very heavy rain has overwhelmed the guttering and caused the excess to spill into the suffet (i think its called). This has lead to water inside and well with obvious issues. I would like to give myself time to come up with a better plan but in the mean time i think i need to fit a way for the water to release before its an issue. I have added three pictures: Guttering one is of the guttering from above (not gutter guard installed). Guttering two is from underneath. Guttering three is an already installed relief drain but not in the right place due to the drain angle. I am looking for ideas and quotes to undertake the work before we take the plunge. I am open to other ideas and options but cost is a factor.
