Multiple roof tile replacement

Old two storey 1930’s house has multiple concrete roof tiles with broken corners which leak water into ceiling. These need replacing. Can see at a glance about 5 but would like review done. There is no underlining/felt paper but looks like most tiles nailed with single old nail. There are spare tiles on premise , most with bits of masonry so unsure if suitable but look ok. Ideally sometime who has own scaffolding or alternatively can replace from within roof as don't want cost of scaffold hire to eclipse actual job value.
