have been told i need a new roof to the house

Have a large villa house, 4 bed + which has always has avery small leak in it since I moved in, only the odd drip every now and then but with the pre Christmas rain the dip became a leak. Have had one company look over the roof and have been informed that I need a new roof :( The drip has always been in the middle of the hallway, and has only ever been as much as a table spoon at the most, it's where they cut the house in two when they moved the house to it's now location over 20 years ago. I have been here for the past 8 years. Was wondering if I could have a quote and for someone to tell me what I need. Thank you.
