New mono pitch roof

Hi, I have a 220sq mt flat, butynol roof over 3 tiers that I want changed to a 3 teir 4 degree monopitch roof. The roof and home are currently in perfect leak free condition. I simply want to update the look of the house which was built in 1990. The house has recently had a full survey from a specialst leaky home water tight accredited (NZ Institute of Surveyors approved) suyeyor who found the home leak free and bone dry (so you are not working on a lemon!!). The drawings have been done and consent is shortly to be approved. If you are a 'registered building practitioner' and would like to quote on the job I can e mail you the plans and the approximate list of work to be done along with rough quantities of materials needed.
