Roof repairs

Hi, we have at least two leaks on our roof, one by a circular roof light, the other at the pitch. The first has only appeared today and is quite bad, the second is older Its a long run tin roof, not in the best of condition. We need some urgent repairs to make it weather-tight and a genuine opinion on a longer term solution. Thanks
