2 joins have moved during a roof clean and oil last month. House is 2 story and I believe ladder access with safety harness will work. ( We have just finished with a large scaffold and would prefer work without it. ) There are 2 places to secure a ladder and you will be working off a ground level deck. Deck space for working is 1.8 meters wide. Please check the photos as attached
