The house is in Hillcrest, North shore Auckland. It is a two level house. It stand alone house. Main job: please refer to the gutters layout drawing plan. To clean totally 25 meters long gutters, which consisted of 3 pieces of gutters (two pieces are both 8.5 meters long each, another piece is 8.7meters long). Note: Please do NOT clean two pieces of 3 meter long gutter between the high roof and low roof, because your workers will need to walk on the roof to do that and I want to avoid anyone walking and standing on the roof. Please only clean other parts of the gutters, because they are on the edge, so you don't need to walk on the roof. That suits my preference. I attached 3 photos and 1 plan showing these gutters locations. 2. Three additional jobs: 1) added jobs1:Please also clean 11 square meter's plastic roof over the deck. (refer to two photo- far view and close up photos of plastic roof). 2) added jobs2: Please clean one gutter on the little sleepout room and clean the lichens on that roof as well (that bit of roof is 3.5 meters long and 95cm wide). (refer to one photo) 3) added jobs3: when you stand on that path in the lower yard and look up, you will see the gutter number 2 and two windows upstairs. Can you please check that roof area all along the whole gutter length and in the area which is from the gutter to about 500mm away from the gutter on the roof, to see if there is any tiny hole, or crack, or loose nail or screw on the roof. ( Please especially focus on that roof area which faces the narrow eave, but also check the roof areas facing wider eave too). (refer to one photo). I prefer someone who has the public liability insurance and workmanship warranty. All these jobs need to be done before 25th August 2023. (it means latest on 24th August).
