Repair roof

A small portion of our roof started to show signs of dampness just before the long weekend. It is a garage roof and it looks like the water has been seeping through overtime which soaked the insulation making it heaving and last week, the roof gave in due to over saturation/weight. We had our plumber check for any leaks and have confirmation that there is no water pipe leakage which might have caused this. Here is what we think is needed: - Investigate the root cause of the leak - Check other areas for any signs of dampness - Remediate root cause - Replace the damaged insulation - Fix interior roof - Paint <more as per investigation as needed>
