We need someone to diagnose and repair a leak in our roof. It will require a combination of replacing flashings along where the roof meets a wall, as well as re-roofing the wall itself, which is currently capped with concrete tiles.

Jan had great communication and completed the job to a high standard. We had to wait a few days for a break in the weather, so the repair took a little longer than expected, but overall a job well done at a fair price.
