Roof finishing

The roofing company has gone out of business and we need the job to be finished. Outstanding work to be completed: Some sheets still need to be fixed. Gutters now need replacing. Some sheeting still needs to be installed. Flashing malleable edges not dressed down. Incomplete / unfixed ridge flashing. Black scuff marks on roofing material - we don't know if there is anything about this. Flashings to chimneys have been cobbled out of barge flashings. Need replacing with proper flashings with cricket diverters. Silicone to top of above flashings is a mess - can this be tidied up? We need the polycarbonate deck roofing to be replaced. Two barge boards need replacing. Edge protection is still in place.

Karl is fantastic! Great communication, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Karl! Scheduling was very hard with the weather, and all I can say is Karl is the real deal, spent time working out the best solution and had very helpful suggestions for us to move forward with our unfinished job.

Hi, I've had an assortment of different trades throughout my 15 years in the trade industry, cabinet making, roofing, shed building, gib fitting, tiling, new building and renovations, ect. I put a lot of pride in my work and always make sure my customers are happy. I am a volunteer firefighter and might get called out in the early morning, this might affect the time and schedule we agree on, I will try and communicate asap if this happens. ---
