We have water tracking in through our extractor fan in our kitchen when it rains. We are thinking it may be that there is a sealing issue on the roof?

Communication was prompt, the work was done in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the initial work didn't solve the problem but we weren't charged for that work and are working towards getting a more permanent fix now
