North Shore
I require an experienced spouting person to replace a down pipe. Its a two story house so need a long ladder. I'm aware of how much it costs so the price will have to be reasonable. Have a few gutter leaks so need a sleeve and sealant. Will pay a bit extra. Based in Beach Haven so someone on the North Shore would be ideal. * Please note. More work will be required on my house so this an opportunity for someone with multiple trade skills.
