torch-on membrane roofer required
Job description
We have a leak during the downpour recently. We suspect the problem is the bitumen seal around a steel vent in our roof. The roof material is a Bituflame torch-on membrane. You can see in the photos that the membrane around the vent is cracked and is not water tight. This is causing water to leak into the ceiling space and damage the house. We are looking for someone with experience with torch-on membranes who would be able to correctly repair the seal to prevent further leaking. The property is in Browns Bay, directly off East Coast Road. Attached are some photos for your information.
