Garage roof sometimes leaks during heavy rain. I’ve assumed this is due to an issue with the roof, but potentially it could be the guttering or the way the roof’s been built. I need an expert to assess it & advise on a remedy, whether that is new roof or whatever. Would need a guarantee that it will solve the problem. Would like problem solved before year end.
