Concrete tile repair/maintenance
Job description
Water entering thru main bedroom side external wall. Had temporary (silicon) applied a while ago but now sides of concrete tile had fallen off (a week ago). Applied foam filler which is working for time being - photo's attached. Would also request a general look over across the roof. No other affected areas noticed inside house yet. Chimney removed in last renovation- noticed with heavy rain that water must be coming thru. Very light damp spots on cieling jib board (they do fade later after rain stops) - No photo's of chimney, I can try take some this weekend if required.
