Entirely replace the gutters and down-pipes on 2 story home with either copper (preferred) or plastic. Existing plastic gutters are old and cracked and leak badly. Fit a leaf-guard to approx. 10m of gutter. The house is on sloping site with the front 2 stories and the rear 1 story. There is good access on all sides. The job is ready when you are. Cheers, Glenn.
