We have a relatively flat with a box gutter. The gutter appears to be installed in a way where the external wall of the gutter is higher than the internal. During heavy downpours the gutter overflows and water flows into the building side. Water can be seen leaking into our house. Building is 2 stories high. Wanting to have this looked at ASAP.
