Replace concealed guttering.
Job description
Property is a single story unit, 70sqm and a perfect rectangle. Please quote to replace all guttering and downpipes, which are old and rusting. Guttering is a concealed fascia type. I’ll consider either replacing it like for like, or with new fascia boards and external guttering. Allow to replace damaged soffit boards where needed. Also replace rotting gable bargeboards and install new hardipanel cladding on gables and paint. Must be completed before Xmas.

Rob and team replaced the old and failing concealed fascia spouting for my unit. He was very professional throughout, taking the time to meet me prior to quoting and explaining the job and various options in detail. Great communication throughout the project and he coordinated directly with the tenants and neighbours to minimise disruption. There were some minor delays due to a few challenging areas however he kept me informed. The workmanship is high quality and the finished job looks great!
