Repair Tile Roof

Check condition of concrete tiles (Monier Centaurian), seal cracks and fix mortar. Replace tiles if required. Two gable roofs on second storey. Easy inside access. Access to roof from 2nd storey balcony with standard ladder. Advise if internal roof lining required. Please advise hourly rate. No urgency so fit in with your schedule.
