Rain Head Repair/Replacement

Hi, I'm the building manager of a leased commercial building located in Hillcrest, North Shore. There is a rainwater collection point (a "rain head") at the rear of the building that has corroded and needs to be repaired or replaced. It is situated around 3.5 metres off the ground but access is straight-forward and the ground beneath is paved. I am looking for someone to size the situation up, make recommendations and replace/repair as necessary.
