Roof repairs - corrugated iron

We can see rust spots on our old corrugated iron roof, and have just found two points - one interior (lounge) and one exterior (under the eaves) - where a hole and damp has appeared, so assume the rust has eaten through the roof at those points at least. We don't have a good view of the whole roof though, so not sure how extensive the problem is! Looking to sell the house in a couple of years, so not wanting to replace the roof. Would like this done fairly quickly as the interior hole is in our lounge. Floor areas of the house is 93m2. Thanks!
