Hi all, Looking to get a pre-purchase roof repair quote for a house we're under contract for (first-home buyers). Building inspection noted minor roof issues — no leaks inside, just some upkeep needed. I hope someone can help make this process less stressful. Details: - Pressed metal tile roof (confirm not Decramastic) - Loose nails – would like to replace with screws - Corrosion/dents in places – need rust treatment + paint - Minor water staining on valley board – valley needs sealing Located in Takapuna, North Shore.
