Nails popping out the roof

Hi there, About 2 weeks ago, when it was a rainy day, the ceiling of my bedroom had leakage, where the water came from the small hole by the light fitting, please see the photos attached, we went outside to check it seems there are couple of nails on the side of the roof gone missing, not sure how many are missing on the top of the roof. Just wondering if you could come and check it out what’s the issue caused the leakage of the ceiling? It’s a bit urgent please.
