There is a pipe sticking out of the roof which I am told was a vent for an old hot water cylinder. It is not connected to anything inside and I am advised that the wind will shake it around until it eventually causes a leak. I would like the bit of pipe removed (or cut back) and the hole sealed up. There is also an old TV aerial which can be removed. The house is single storey brick and tile, built 1930s.
