fix our leaks

We are a charity who own their own venue. We built in 2000. the venue is min 50 x 25 mtr open space in side the outer walls would be larger. We have a leak issue down one length of the steel/ clearlite appears to be along a join. we have seagulls droping shells and idiots throwing stones onto the roof area. We are by the ocean, so lots of wild weather and salt spray. We use our venue approx 12 hours a day most days. We are looking for some advice on how to fix the leaking issue. Clearlite has been replaced once or twice. Preferably we would like someone with expertise to visit during bad weather so the issue is more obvious. We have installed some fans and use a diesel heather on occasion as the atmosphere can be damp too. Timeframe will depend on cost and funding
