Garage roof

We have a double garage that requires the gutter + butanol to be replaced to stop a leak down the concrete wall, We are thinking of replacing the whole garage roof as it is old dichromatic roof and we will look to replace the house roof at later stage. If we could get a price for both then we can decide if we can afford the whole job at once.
