Guttering repair and cleanout

We have two section of gutting that are damaged and need repair/replacing (approx 3m of damaged guttering in total), as well as a downpipe that is either clogged or damaged at the top. We would also like some gutter whiskers installed in the same stretches of guttering, approx 18 metres worth. This is a split level house on a sloping property, so the gutters in question are 1.5 to 2 storeys off the ground. Ready for work to be done as soon as possible, weather permitting. We do not have the gutter whiskers in hand, we can either source ourselves or you can, whichever you'd prefer
