Gutters and spouting replacement

I have a 2bdrm house in Westown with gutters needing replacing, particularly on the 2 storey side of house. But, both sides need attention. Approx length of house is 11m. Interested in cheapest options avoiding large expensive scaffolding if poss., as the house has limited access from street (down a walkway). Thanks
