We are looking for an experienced roofer to Re-roof about 60 m2 flat colorsteel roof. We supply materials and you supply labour. The main jobs are: - Check and measure the existing roof and internal gutter on site - remove the existing roof - install and replace the existing gutter and the roof with aluminium gutter and 0.4mm G Plain Zinca sheets You might take a few hours to visit the site and check the job. Once the materials arrive, it might take 2 persons (you and your mate) 6 hours to install it. It is a flat roof. The building has existing Edge Protection, no need to install new Edge Protection. It is simple and easy job. We are not in hurry. You can start it any time in the next 2 months. You must be an experienced roofer and able to work independently. You must do a high quality job and provide us workmanship warranty. You must have your own tools for the job. We will pay you fixed price $1200 for this job.
