Install new guttering under 3 sections of existing outdoor pegoda, 1 lage and 2 smaller, run to storm water outlets, quote for new plastic roof and repair timber that is rotting under a small part of the larger pagodas timber structure. I think it's long run. It's crucial as when it rains it's causing major water issues. ASAP.
