Hi there. During the heavy rains recently we have had a leak in our roof develop that has caused damage to to kitchen ceiling. The leak is very small, area of damage to ceiling was around 20 x 20 cm or one 30 x 60 cm panel and seems to be caused by a single drip. I climbed into the ceiling to remove insulation and dry the area out, but while up there a cross beam has collapsed (unnailed) and has caused more of the ceiling around the water damage to collapse/slump. the tiles are not damaged and may be able to be pushed back up into place once the beam is repaired. I am looking for someone who is able to: A) find and repair the leak in the roof B) repair the ceiling that has slumped, replace and paint water damaged tile I need to get this done ASAP if possible. I have been in touch with building/renovation companies directly who can help but may only be available in a couple of weeks time. If someone is able to see to the roof leak ASAP (in the next couple of days), I am happy to wait for them to be available for ceiling repair. Any further questions please feel free to ring and discuss.
